Step1

In a bowl add chickens, salt, ginger, garlic, black pepper, mix spices, red chilli powder and oil then mix it well until everything is well combined then keep in refrigerator for 1 hour

After 1 hour add 1 tbsp oil in a pan then fry the chicken for 10-15 minutes on low medium flame then add chopped carrots, capsicum, onions and cabbage then cook for 5-8 minutes then the chicken is ready set aside

Then in a bowl add add eggs, sugar, salt and oil then mix it then add oil mix again then add milk and all purpose flour in portion and mix well until u get thin and runny if your batter is still thick add few drops of water

Then brush the pan with butter or oil then add crepe batter and spread to get a square shape cook one side for 2 minutes on low heat brush the crepe with oil or butter then change the side and again cook for 1 minute

Make a flour mixture to stick the edges. add 2 tbsp all purpose flour and few drops of milk and mix

Step6

Take a crepe and place a tbsp of chicken stuffing and cheese in the middle of the crepe.

Step7

Fold the crepe from all four sides to make a square-shaped pocket and Stick the edges with a mixture of 1 tbsp of flour and 2 tbsp of water.

Step8

Then brush the pan with oil or butter then cook 1 side of crepe for 5 minutes then change th e side cook until its crispy and golden

Serve and Enjoy!!!
